Terms of service
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms govern your use of Dash (the "Service"), operated by FS Content Creation ("we", "us"). By signing in you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.
What the Service does
The Service reads content from the social media accounts you connect and lets you review and moderate it. It acts on your behalf, using the authorisation you grant, and only within the scopes you approved.
Connected accounts and third party terms
The Service uses YouTube API Services and the Meta Graph API. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Those platforms can change or withdraw their APIs, apply rate limits, or suspend access, and features of the Service that depend on them may stop working as a result.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to break the law, or to breach the terms of a connected platform.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to another workspace.
- Do not probe, scan or overload the Service, or work around its rate limits and quotas.
- Do not resell or redistribute access, or scrape the Service to build a competing dataset.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these rules, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
Your content
Content pulled in from your connected accounts stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display and process it in order to run the Service for you.
Availability
The Service is provided as is, without any warranty. We do not promise a particular level of uptime and we may change or discontinue features. The Service is not a backup: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may terminate your access for a material breach of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to account holders before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
